Yes, the free plan includes an unlimited number of interviews.
For the paid Interviewer Plan, how does the free trial work?
Chatstrike occasionally offers promotions where you have free access to the premium features offered in the Interviewer Plan for a limited time. No credit card is needed.
For the paid Interviewer Plan, how do payments work?
Each month Chatstrike auto-charges the credit card associated with your paid Interviewer seat.
Can I change my plan later or cancel my plan?
If you have the Free Plan, you can upgrade to the Interviewer Plan effective immediately. If you have the Interviewer Plan, you can cancel your plan and downgrade to the Free Plan effective at the end of your monthly billing period.
Can multiple users from the same team have different plans?
Yes. You and your teammates in the same Chatstrike account can each have different plans. Some users can have Free Plans and others can have Interviewer Plans. If you have a Pro Performance account on Chatstrike, some users can have Free Plans and others can have Pro Performance Plans.
What types of support are available for each plan?
If you have the Free Plan, you have access to in-product support from your Chatstrike Recruiter Copilot. If you have a Paid Plan, you have additional access to email support and dedicated customer support.
